Q: Do you guys offer refunds?
A: No Refunds. No Exchanges unless discussed.Due to majority of our products are skin to skin contact, we do not accept returns or refund request for that reason. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.Additional non-returnable items:Gift cards ,Sale items, and Open packages & items

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Processing takes up to 5-10 business days, not including the day you ordered, weekends, or holidays in the United States within the mixture of including the manufacturer/warehouse considered holidays. Also with an ADDITIONAL 7-15 Days for shipping! This process can take up to about 2 - 3½ weeks. Pre orders take 2-3 ½ weeks as well
Majority of the items are Pre ordered and also some are on hand. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking email or text message.
Q: What if my package is lost,stolen,or damaged?
A: We are not responsible for ANY delivery service when they get lost, stolen or damaged. Once the package leaves Tour Of Mahogany, we ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE
Q: Can I change my address once I discovered it’s wrong?
A: We are not liable for any shipping addresses that have been entered incorrectly by the customer. We are not able to change anything once a order has been placed

A: Once payment is completed orders CANNOT be altered.
Q: What is the typical timeline for shipping?
A: International Orders and domestic orders are shipped via USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL First Class.Delivery time depends on your selected country and your country's customs. Deliveries generally take between 7-28 business days to arrive, although USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL does not guarantee delivery dates or times. On hand items will typically take 2-8 business days not counting major holidays.

Tour Of Mahogany is unable to guarantee that any menu item can be completely free of allergens, irritation of the skin or other possible areas that could be affected. Individual customer experiences with Tour Of Mahogany products may vary with respect to both effectiveness, and potential adverse reactions. Results given in testimonials are from real customers who have used Tour Of Mahogany products, but similar results are not guaranteed. Should irritation occur, adjust usage accordingly.
