Refund:

WE DO NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES UNLESS IT'S OUR FAULT. Once we've processed your order, we will send your confirmation via email. You will be able to track the status of delivery once the number is provided. ALL FALSE DISPUTES/FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS WILL RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION DUE TO THIS BEING AGAINST THE LAW (18 U.S. Code CHAPTER 47— FRAUD AND FALSE STATEMENTS, 18 U.S. Code § 1341 - Frauds and swindles)

 We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

 Additional non-returnable items: Opened Items, Gift cards, Sale Items, Virtual Gift Cards, and Digital Downloads.

We only issue store credit and stipulations apply and are at our discretion. 

Shipping:

We are not responsible for ANY delivery service when they get lost, stolen, shipping is delayed, or damaged. Once the package leaves Tour Of Mahogany, we ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. Also, We are not liable for any shipping addresses that have been entered incorrectly by the customer. We are not able to change anything once an order has been placed.

Processing takes up to 5-17 business days, not including the day you ordered, weekends, or holidays in the United States within the mixture of including the manufacturer/warehouse considered holidays. Also with an ADDITIONAL 7-20 Days for shipping! This process can take up to about 2 - 4½ weeks. Pre-orders take 2-5 ½ weeks as well
